Carter's 2010 Annual Report
The CEO at Carter's received a copy of the Annual Report and he was very happy with it.
Also, Annette, Carter's Production Manager sent an email and said she was very happy with the book, and said, "See you next year".
So I thought I would share the praises with the folks who did the manufacturing.
Please tell the guys in the plant, so they know they made a happy customer.

Credit for Phone Support
For your information, we have provided credit for phone support contract.
The major reason for phone support charges is that many customers are buying used equipment from outside suppliers (other than Heidelberg). Then, outside supplier tells customer to call Heidelberg for support or tries to get support himself from Heidelberg to correct problem. Thus, we are left with "nada"in terms of equipment and service sales.
That is not the case with the Big D. Thank you bringing this to my attention and sorry for any inconvenience.
